Sufraq means the spread — the cloth laid out, the dishes brought to the centre, everyone leaning in. That's the feeling we built a restaurant around.
In the middle of Gulshan-e-Iqbal, we slow-steam fragrant Mandi rice with whole spices and crown it with tender, slow-cooked meat — the way it's done across Arabia. Beside it, the coals glow: Turkish kebabs, Malai Boti, Shish Taouk and Reshmi kebabs, charred and smoky. And for the days you crave comfort, there are loaded burgers, wood-fired pizzas, wraps and a Royal Kunefe to finish.
